Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to solicit request for proposals
from firms, not locally-owned, for professional services in administering the City's
group health plans under: (1) a self-insured program including administration,
medical provider network and stop loss insurance; or (2) a fully insured program
through one carrier.
