Motion approving a supply agreement with APG Lime Corp., New Braunfels, Texas,
for approximately 1,300 tons of pebble calcium oxide in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. B1-0027-99 based on Iow bid for an estimated semi-annual
expenditure of $114,751. The term of the supply agreement will be for six months
with an option to extend for up to two additional six-month periods subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been
budgeted in FY 98-99 by the Water Department.
