Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract for professional regal
services with Ruben Perez to assist the City in collective bargaining matters with the
Corpus Christi Fire Fighters Association and the Corpus Christi Police Officers
Association, at a rate of $75 per hour, not to exceed $7',500 per month, for
November and December 1998.
