Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract for
engineering services with Onyx Engineering, Inc. for a total fee not to exceed
$534,000 for the O.N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant and Holly Road Pumping
Plant: Alternate Power Supplies.
