Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Construction
Contract with Eagle Construction and Environmental Services, inc. in the amount
of $17,367 to remove four (4) Underground Petroleum Storage Tanks at Fire Station
Nos. 2, 3 and 15 located at 13421 Up River Road, 1401 Morgan Avenue and 14202
Commodor Drive on Padre Island.
