Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 2,091 gas meters with the
following companies in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B~-0029-99 based on Iow
bid, Iow bid meeting specifications and best bid for a total of $155,270. The term
of the contracts will be twelve months with an option to extend for up to two
additional twelve month periods. These meters will be used by the Gas Department
and funds have been budgeted in FY 98 - 99.
