Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract for
consulting services in the amount of $29,894 with the Center for Coastal Studies for
development of a Quality Assurance Plan, Project Design and Water Quality
Assessment for the Falcon Park/Oso Creek Wetland Demonstration Project.
