Motion approving the purchase of one crawler tractor and one landfill compactor
and a 5 year full maintenance agreement in accordance with Bid Invitation No.
0022-99, from the following vendors, based on Iow bid and only bid. The equipment
is to be used by Solid Waste Services Department, and is budgeted in the 1998-99
budget as lease/purchase.
