Motion approving a supply agreement with the Borden Company, Austin, Texas, in
accordance with Coastal Bend Council of Governments Bid Invitation No. CBCOG-
99-3, for 119,037 ~ pint containers of milk consisting of homogenized milk,
buttermilk, Iow fat milk, Iow fat chocolate milk and skim milk, based on the
recommended award submitted by the Coastal Bend Council of Governments for
an estimated six month expenditure of $19,295.35. The term of the agreement shall
be for six months with an option to extend for up to three additional months, subject
to the approval of the Coastal Bend Council of Governments, the supplier and the
City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by Senior Community
Services in FY 98-99.
