Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract for
consulting services with the Nueces County Soil and Water Conservation District
in an amount not to exceed $30,000 for soil assessment, planting design,
planting methodology, planting installation, and interpretative signage for the
FaLcon Park/Oso Creek Wetland Demonstration project.
