Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
TPAC Underwriters Inc. for Individual and Aggregate Stop Loss Insurance for the
City's Group health program for a term of one year beginning March 1, 1999 at
an estimated annual premium of $589,899 with a contract provision to renew for
three additional one-year terms.
