Motion approving a supply agreement with the following companies for the following
amounts for approximately 106,000 feet of polyethylene pipe and 4,480 fittings in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0031-99 based on Iow bid for an estimated
annual expenditure of $58,961.75. The terms of the contracts will be for twelve
months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods
subject to the approval of the suppliers and the City Manager or his designee.
Funds have been budgeted by the Gas Department in FY 98-99.
