Motion approving the purchase of a van for a total cost of $23,717 through a
cooperative purchasing agreement with the Houston-Galveston Area Council
(HGAC). The van will be used in the City's Solid Waste Reduction Community
Awareness Program and funding is provided from a Coastal Bend Council of
Government pass-through grant ($22,266) and the Solid Waste Services operating
budget ($1,451).
