Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the amount
of $57,517 and to execute a contract and all related documents with the Texas
State Library and Archives Commission for the operation of the Technical
Assistance Program through South Texas Library System, which is located at
Corpus Christi Public Library, for the state fiscal year 1998-99.
