MOTIONS - 3/23/99
Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 3
in the amount of $55,250 to the contract with Urban Engineering, Inc., expanding
the scope of engineering services for the Southside Transmission Main (Stevens
Plant to Clarkwood Road Project): Staples Street Pumping Plant - New Pumping
Plant and Storage Reservoir to include related additional engineering services for
a 42 inch waterline from the new pumping plant at South Staples Street and County
Road 43 to the existing 16-inch waterline near Country Creek.

been appropriated for any other purpose:
