Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Change Order to
the construction contract with Craig, Sheffield & Austin, of Houston, Texas in the
amount of $515,971.13 for the Greenwood Plant Expansion from 6 MGD to 8 MGD
and Upgrade to 10/15/3 Permit: Chlorine Removal Facilities Phase 1 Modifications
for Wastewater Treatment Plants (Allison, Broadway, Laguna Madre, Oso).
