Motion approving the purchase of a computer system upgrade in accordance with
Bid Invitation No. BI-0084-99 from Sequel Data Systems, Inc., Austin, Texas, for the
amount of $368,692. The upgrade system is the Police Department backbone
computer system for the Mobil Data Terminal/Automated Vehicle Location System.
The award is based on Iow bid.
