Motion directing the Water Superintendent and Director of Solid Waste Services to
proceed with the supplemental environmental project to clean up litter along the
Upper Laguna Madre shoreline, Oso Bay shoreline, and along Oso Creek upon
formal approval of the agreed order relating to TNRCC Docket No. 1998-1391-
PWS-E, Enforcement ID No. 13041 by the TNRCC Commissioners.
