SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
May 7, 1965

Mayor Furman called the meeting to order and announced the purpose
of the special meeting for the purpose of considering amendment of permit
issued to Bell & Dansfiell in connection with the drilling of Well #1, Bald-
win Farms Lease, out of Block 20, J. C. Russell Farm Blocks, Nueces County,
Texas, within Corpus Christi Drilling Block 450, and such other matters as
may properly come before the Council.
The application of Bell & Dansfiell to amend the foregoing drilling
permit to provide that the well may be drilled to a depth of 11,300 feet was
presented describing the casing program, and stating that all requirements of
Chapter 24 of the City Code and of the Railroad Commission are presently being
complied with.
Motion by Blackmon, seconded by McDaniel and passed that the appli-
cation of Bell & Dansfiell for amended permit to drill be granted.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the special
meeting was adjourned.

NOTICE is hereby given that a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Corpus Christi, Texas, will be held in the City of Corpus Christi, Texas,
in the Council Chamber of the City E]1, at 1:30 o'clock P. M. an the 7
day of May , 19 65 , for the purpose of considering amendment of
permit issued to Bell & Dansfiell in connection with the drilling of Well #1,
Baldwin Farms Lease, out of Block 20, J. C. Russell Farm Blocks, Nueces County,
Texas, within Corpus Christi Drilling Block 450, and such other matters as may
properly come before the Council.

CONSENT TO MEETING
We, the undersigned members of the City Council, the City Manager, the
City Secretary and the City Attorney of Corpus Christi, Texas, hereby accept
service of the Foregoing notice, waiving any and all irregularities in such service
and consent and agree that said meeting shall be at the time and place therein named
and for the purpose therein stated.
