Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with the
Texas Experimental Engineering Station for Texas ^ & M University - Kingsville in
the amount of $283,250 for air quality monitoring and modeling projects and
development of an emissions inventory for the Nueces County and San Patricio
County areas.
