Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to extend, at no additional cost
to the city, the termination date of the Interlocal Agreement between the City of
Corpus Christi and the University of Texas at Austin beyond the current contract
date of May 31,1999, for a minimum of 90 days or a maximum of 120 days to
conduct a disparity study of minority-owned businesses and women-owned
businesses.
