Motion approving a supply agreement for natural gas in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0107-99 from PG&E Reata Energy, L.P., San Antonio, Texas,
based on Iow bid. The term of the contract is two years, with options to extend for
up to two additional twelve month periods, subject to the approval of the contractor
and the City Manager, or his designee. The estimated two year total expenditure
is $16,200,000.
