Motion approving contract between the Lloyd, Gosselink, Blevins, Rochelle, Baldwin
& Townsend, P. C., and Alan Plumber ^ssociates, Inc., in association with Shiner,
Mosley, and Associates, for engineering services in support of the law firm's
representation of the City of Corpus Christi in its efforts to obtain a TPDES MS4
discharge permit from the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission.
