Motion approving a supply agreement for brass service fittings in accordance with
Bid Invitation No. BI-0103-99 with Hughes Supply, Corpus Christi, Texas on the
basis of Iow bid of $85,458.00. The fittings consist of various pipe fittings from 3/4"
to 2" used by the Water Department. The term of the agreement is twelve months
with option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods, subject to the
approval of the vendor and the City Manager or his designee.
