Motion approving a supply agreement with Van Waters and Rogers, Corpus Christi,
Texas for approximately 550 tons of liquid ferric sulfate in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0110-99 based on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of
$53,900. The term of the supply agreement will be for twelve months with an option
to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods subject to the approval of
the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted in
FY 98-99 by the Water Department.
