Motion approving the purchase of one tuff top dresser from Watson Distributing
Company, San Antonio, Texas for the amount of $18,149.75, based on sole source.
The top dresser will be used by Park and Recreation Department and is funded
through a Coastal Bend Council of Governments grant.
