Motion approving supply agreements for material for landfill sector liner construction
in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0074-99 from the following companies,
based on Iow bid. The term of the contracts will be for twelve months with options
to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods, based on the approval of
the contractor and the City Manager, or his designee.
