Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 3
to the Contract for Engineering Services with Naismith Engineering, Inc. in an
amount not to exceed $19,050 for the Spur 3, Phase 2: Ennis Joslin Road Utilities
Adjustments and Nile Drive Improvements Project.
