Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract in the amount 'of $19,600 with R. S. Black Civil Engineers &
Contractors/Materials and Machinery, a Joint Venture of Corpus Christi, Texas for
the Savage Lane Pumping Plant- Additional Pumping Unit.
