Motion approving the purchase of a digital voice logging recorder in accordance with
Request For Proposal No. BI-0114-99 from Vista Com Corporation, Hillsboro,
Texas, on the basis of most advantageous proposal, for the amount of $38,137.
The net cost to the City will be $18,137 after a $20,000 reimbursement is received
from the Coastal Bend Council of Governments. The recorder will be used by the
Police Department and is budgeted in the 1998-99 Budget.
