Motion approving supply agreements for Reformulated Gasoline - Bulk Delivery;
Regular Gasoline - Commercial Locations; and Low Sulphur Diesel Fuel - Bulk
Delivery, in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0143-99, from the following
companies, based on Iow bid. The term of the supply agreements shall be for
twelve months, with options to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods
subject to the approval of the contractors and the City Manager or his designee.
