Motion approving a supply agreement with ABB Water Meters, Inc., Ocala, Florida
for 2,616 cold water displacement type and turbine type water meters in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0140-99 based on Iow bid and Iow bid
meeting specifications for an estimated annual expenditure of $102,705. The term
of the supply agreement will be for twelve months with an option to extend for up
to two additional twelve month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and
the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted in FY 98-99 and are
requested for FY 99-00 by the Water Department.
