Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a lease agreement
in the amount of $42,636 per year with Enterprises Parkway, Ltd. for a building
located at 226 Enterprise which will house the Juvenile Curfew and Truancy
Assessment Center. The term of the lease is one-year with an option to renew for
two additional six month periods.
