Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a two-year lease
agreement, with the option to renew for an additional two-year periods, under the
same terms and conditions, with Stewart & Russo Partnership, for a tract of land
located at Resaca and Sam Rankin Street, to be used by the City's Street
Department for material storage, for a rental fee of $315.00 per month.
