Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract in the amount of $436,100 with R. S. Black Civil Engineers &
Contractors/Machinery and Materials, Inc. (a Joint Venture) for the Lift Station #5:
Pump Addition and Upgrade - 1997 (Wastewater Lift Station at S. Staples/Saratoga
and Buckingham).
