Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the amount
of $766,267 and to execute a contract and all related documents with the Texas
State Library and Archives Commission for the continued operation of the South
Texas Library System located at Corpus Christi Public Library for the state fiscal
year 1999-2000.
