Motion approving the purchase of two stacking conveyor belt systems for the landfill
brush grinding and compost operation from MILYN Equipment, Inc., Midland, Texas,
totaling $45,740 in accordance with Bid Invitation BI-0146-99 based on Iow bid.
Funding for the purchase will be from a Coastal Ben~ Council of Government Solid
Waste Grant, Trust Fund No. 6010, and the Solid Waste Operating Budget.
