Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract, to be
activated only in the event of a hurricane or other disaster, with Alamo Petroleum
Exchange Corporation of San Antonio, Texas in the amount of $999,989.60 for the
Collection, Characterization, and Disposal of Hazardous Waste during Post-
Hurricane/Disaster Recovery Operations.
