Motion approving a supply agreement with T. D. VVilliamson, Inc., Tulsa, Oklahoma
for hot tap fittings in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0106-99 based on best
bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $17,982.50. The term of the contract
shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-
month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. Funds are available from the warehouse cost of goods sold account for
FY 99-2000.
