Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 253 gate valves ranging in
size from 3" to 12", with U.S. Filter Distribution Group, Corpus Christi, Texas, in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0148-99 for an estimated annual expenditure
of $55,348.37, based on Iow bid. The term of the contract is for twelve months with
options to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the
approval of the contractor and the City Manager or his designee.
