Motion approving a supply agreement for an estimated 3,013 cases of white copy
paper and 267 cases of colored copy paper in accordance with Bid Invitation No.
BI-0171-99 with Gulf Coast Paper Co., Corpus Christi, Texas, for the total amount
of $80,041.02, based on Iow bid. The term ofthe contract is for twelve months with
options to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the
approval of the contractor and the City Manager or his designee. The paper will be
used by various City departments.
