Motion approving supply agreements for an estimated 1,144 replacement batteries
for Ericsson radios in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0168-99 to the following
firms, based on Iow bid and best bid. The term of the contracts is twelve months
with options to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the
approval of the contractor and the City Manager or his designee. The batteries are
used by various City departments.
