Motion approving a supply agreement for NCR, book and cover stock paper in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0011-00 with FasClampitt Paper Store,
Corpus Christi, Texas for the estimated total amount of $16,440.63, based on only
bid. The term of the contract is for twelve months with options to extend for up to
two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the approval of the contractor and
the City Manager, or his designee. The paper will be used in the printing and
reproduction services by the Print Shop Division of Materials Management
Department.
