Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 1
to the contract for consulting services with the University of Texas Marine Sciences
Institute in the amount of $93,484 for Biological Monitoring of the Effects of
Wastewater Effluent Diversions on Primary and Secondary Production in the Rincon
Delta and Nueces Bay.
