Motion approving a supply agreementwith Horacio Ortiz Independent Consultants,
Inc., Corpus Christi, Texas for armored courier service in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0002-00, based on only bid, for an estimated annual expenditure
of $28,320. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve months with an option
to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods, subject to the approval of
the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by
user departments in FY 99-00.
