Motion appointing Council Members Betty Jean Longoria, Henry Garrett and Javier
Colmenero to the Convention and Visitors Bureau Interim Board and authorizing the
remaining City Council Members and Mayor Loyd Neal to appoint one
representative each to the interim board by notifying the City Secretary of their
appointee.
