Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a professional
services contract with Dennis A. Joiner & Associates, to provide promotional
examination and assessment center services, as required by the agreements with
the Corpus Christi Firefighters' Association and the Corpus Christi Police Officer's
Association, at an estimated annual cost of $66,000.
