Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to negotiate a contract in the
amount of $200,000 with Mr. Robert Pedess for the complete installation of artwork
titled Orion's Belt on the Shoreline Drive median south of the intersection of IH37
and Shoreline Boulevard. (Attachment #18)
