Motion approving the purchase of a van from Houston-Galveston Area Council of
Governments, for a total amount of $23,026.62. The award is based on the
cooperative purchasing agreement with HGAC. The van will be used by the Police
Department. Funds are available through the 1997 Weed and Seed Asset
Forfeiture Fund and the Law Enforcement Trust Fund.
