Motion approving a supply agreement with Cover Foam Services, Inc., Florence,
South Carolina, for synthetic daily landfill cover material for an estimated annual
amount of $214,200 based on a sole source supplier. The supply agreement is for
a twelve month period, with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve
month periods, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. Funding is provided in the Solid Waste Services FY99-O0 budget.
